Cecile Hofer is Co-Managing Partner of Taylor Hofer Partners Companies. Cecile has spent many years living and working in Australia, Singapore and the Middle East. She boasts an impressive portfolio of professional activities and achievements across various business sectors, having worked at prestigious multinational firms across the globe.

Early in her career, she successfully developed and shaped the search division for one of the leading international executive search organizations. Cecile further acquired her expertise in the executive search sector at companies like Ray & Berndtson and Korn/Ferry International.

Widely respected for locating and sourcing talented senior executives across Europe, the Middle East, Australia and the Asia-Pacific region, she has successfully completed search assignments concerning board members, chief executives and general management. Her client base ranges from large multinational enterprises to medium-sized companies, mostly in market sectors like private and investment banking, wealth management, consumer goods and life sciences. Additionally, Cecile works with some of the most well-known business families in Europe and the Middle East and serves as their consultant in succession planning and organizational structuring in regard to human capital strategic issues.

Cecile holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Psychology from INSEAD, Fontainebleau.

An expert with regard to European, Pan-Asian and Middle Eastern markets, Cecile now divides her time between Taylor Hofer Partners in Zurich, Dubai, Singapore and Perth. She enjoys travelling and hiking and has a keen interest in behavioural science and Asian interior design.
