INTERVIEWS

In-depth discussions with carefully pre-selected candidates, discussions of their qualifications and career and evaluations of their personal and professional aptitude, providing assistance with the professional needs and opportunities of the individual, agreeing on and outlining of potential further procedures.

PRESENTATION

Qualified and interested candidates are presented in the form of written confidential reports and first personal meetings. Subsequent evaluations lead to the resuming of discussions with clients and candidate(s), independent assessments on personal, leadership and cultural compatibility (optional), checking of references, negotiations.
